Items sold by Expographic Books Pvt Ltd. can be returned within 30 days of delivery for replacement. However items applicable only to the following terms and conditions can be replaced.

• Items which contain any defects in printing, binding caused by the publisher or supplier.
• Books containing CD ROMs which are broken.

In case of any of the above conditions, the item will be replaced.

We do not accept returns of certain items, including:

I) Any item that is returned 30 days after delivery.
II) Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
III) Any item missing the receipt issued by Expographic Books
IV) Any item at the time of purchasing designated as a gift.

Please note that books purchased at Expographic Books (Pvt) Ltd. can be returned only to the same and not to any other branches of us.

We (Expographic Books (Pvt) Ltd.) cannot accept returns of items purchased from our other branches at Fort or University of Moratuwa

Expographic Books will not be responsible for any software failures in the accompanying CD ROMs.

Expographic Books Private Ltd. can ship to virtually any address in Sri Lanka. We have teamed up with CITYPACK (Subsidy of UPS) to provide our customers with an excellent delivery service.Please group your orders together to save on delivery charges and delivery time. If a book is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will import and supply the book within a stipulated time or a full re-fund will be given.

Delivery Time
Colombo City Limits and suburbs – Orders placed before 3.00 pm will be delivered within the next working day
Outstation – Orders placed before 3.00 pm will be delivered within two working days.

Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from Expographic Books depend upon the weight of the book and the delivery address (distance).
If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.

If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.
